Hello Ingrid,
Thank you so much for the helpful information. I will contact Cathy accordingly. The project is an academic exercise but I am intending to continue when I go back to PNG as there is a need for budget advocacy in terms of analysing exactly how much is allocated annually to gender related programs to improve the status of women in the country. The information I am collecting here would significantly asist me in creating a forum for the initiative.
Thank you once again for your time and assistance in this matter.
Regards
Wallis

Hi Wallis,
Thanks for your enquiry on our website. Your project sounds very interesting.
At Foresters we are not working in the area of individual or group financial literacy, rather we work with organisations. So we don't directly work in the area you are looking to study. However, I could recommend looking at the work of Good Shepard Youth and Family Services, and particularly the work of one of their researchers on women and money - Kathy Landvogt. Kathy has completed a large research project and video / DVD in this area. The name of the project is MOney, Dignity and Inclusion. You might also like to look at another project that involved Kathy and that focussed on young women and money:

Good luck with your project!
best wishes,
Ingrid.
